こんにちは、ハルショーです。今回の英文テンプレートはトラブル編 Part.2に関してです。
Part.1では、荷物が届かない・壊れているなど出品者側に非があった場合のトラブルに関してですが、Part.2では、住所を間違えて教えてしまったなど自分に非がある場合に関してです。
間違った住所を教えてしまった
Q：「お金を払ったのですが、発送先の住所を間違えていました。発送先は〇〇〇です」
A：『I’ve just paid for the item but it has the wrong shipping address. The shipping address is ○○○』
Q：「あなたから購入したxxxに対し、うっかり誤った送付先住所を入力してしまいました。○○○に送っていただけますか」
A：『I accidentally put the wrong shipping address on 〇〇〇 I bought from you. Could you please ship them to ＸＸＸ thank you』
Q：「私が注文したＸＸＸに対し誤った送付先住所を入力してしまいました。品物は〇〇〇に送っていただけますか」
A：『I put the wrong address on my xxx that i ordered. Can you please ship my order to ○○○』
間違えて入札した
Q：「間違えた品物に入札してしまいました」
A：『I placed a bid on a wrong item』
Q：「取り消していただけますか？」
A：『Could you cancel it?』
Q：「私が間違えた理由は～です」
A：『The reason why I did wrong was that～』
Q：「もしキャンセルしてくれたら、いい評価つけます」
A：『If you could cancel it, I would leave a positive feedback』
Q：「2つ同じものを入札してしまいました」
A：『I placed a bid on the same items for two』
Q：「間違えて2つ同じものを入札してしまいました」
A：『I did wrong that I placed a bid on the same items for two』
Q：「1つ入札を取り消していただけますか？」
A：『Could you cancel one of my wrong bids?』
Q：「評価は悪くしないでください」
A：『So please do not leave negative feedback』
Q：「1つの品物を赤に変更してもらうことは可能ですか？」
A：『Would it be possible to change the other one to red one?』
Q：「間違えて入札してしまいました」
A：『I did wrong bidding your item』
Q：「申し訳ないのですが間違えて落札してしまいました」
A：『I am afraid I wrongly got the item』
商品を返品したい
Q：「私は品物を返品したい、理由は～」
A：『I want to return the item because～』
Q：「品物を返品させていただきたいです、理由は～」
A：『I’d like to return the item because～』
Q：「返品は可能ですか？可能であれば、返金はお支払いした全額ですか？」
A：『Is the item returnable? If yes, do I get full refund?』
Q：「返品はアイテム到着何日以内ならば可能ですか？」
A：『How long do you accept returns once the item gets delivered?』
Q：「返金額はお支払いした全額ですか？」
A：『Do I get full refund for the item return?』
送金間違い
Q：「間違ってペイパルで少ない金額を送ってしまいましたので、その後不足分を再度ペイパルで送金しました。 都合2回の送金ですが確認ください」
A：『I made remittance with wrong amount via PayPal,so I transferred the payment of balance due after that.Thus, please confirm two payments from me』
Q：「恐れ入ります、不足分の送金が完了しました」
A：『I finally completed with remittance of the amount due』
Q：「間違って、ペイパルで2回送金してしまいましたので、恐れ入りますが入金確認後、私の下記ペイパルの口座へ返金をお願いします」
A：『I made remittance by PayPal twice accidentally, so please refund one of the payment to my PayPal account once you have money received』
Q：「間違って○○ドル多くペイパルで送金してしまいましたので入金確認後、私の下記ペイパルの口座へ返金をお願いします」
A：『I transferred $○○ more than I should have paid via PayPal,so please refund the stated amount to my PayPal account once you have money received』
